It is now increasingly common for couples to want to safeguard their assets against a future claim in divorce or dissolution proceedings. A pre-nuptial/post-nuptial or separation agreement is designed to protect you, give you peace of mind about your financial arrangements and help you to avoid lengthy, costly and distressing litigation when a relationship breaks down.
