Hill Dickinson announces summer partner promotions

Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has announced its summer 2023 promotions, elevating two more lawyers to partner in its Construction and Yachts teams.

They join a previous round of partner promotions announced in November 2022, taking the total number of ‘homegrown’ partners at the firm in the past eight months to 16.

David Banks joined Hill Dickinson as an associate in 2017, progressing through the ranks to legal director in 2021 and now partner in 2023. David is a key lawyer in the firm’s Construction and Engineering team, heading the Manchester arm of that team. David works on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters for clients nationally and internationally.

Nino Inasaridze joined Hill Dickinson as an associate in the Yachts team in 2012. Dual qualified in English and Georgian law, Nino specialises in the commercial and transactional aspects of the Yacht team’s work, where she assists owners with sale and purchase, finance and new build transactions. 

Commenting on their promotion, Hill Dickinson chair Jonathan Brown said:
